How quickly do you process and ship orders?

We aim to ship within 3-5 business days because great style shouldn’t keep you waiting. Now, go plan where your new piece is going while we handle the rest!

Do you offer free shipping?

Of course, it’s 2025!

Do you ship internationally?

Oh, how we wish we could spread this worldwide!  But for now, we’re keeping it local—U.S. shipping only. Don’t worry, though… we’re always dreaming big. Stay tuned! 

Which shipping carriers do you use?

How can I track an order? 

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can stalk your package every step of the way.  Keep an eye on that inbox!

Do you offer white-label or blind shipping?

Yes, we care about your items arriving safely to your door. You can select white glove delivery at checkout.

What happens if an item is out of stock after an order is placed?

That’s on us. Our goal is to ensure we stay stocked on all your favorites. If we miss a step, we’ll be sure to give you a restock date and a refund. 

What is your return policy?

Change your mind? No problem! You’ve got 30 days to return your item—but let’s keep it classy. Your return must be in pristine, unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging (because no one likes a messy breakup). 

-How to Start a Return:
Email us at maxwellthelifestyle@gmail.com to get the ball rolling. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and all the details on where to send it. But heads up—if you send something back without contacting us first, it won’t be accepted. (Don’t ghost us!) 

-Damaged or Got the Wrong Thing?
We pride ourselves on quality, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us ASAP with pics—we’ll make it right because you deserve nothing less than fabulous.

Fine Print (Because We Have Standards)
-No returns on sale items or gift cards.
-Approved returns get store credit (minus restocking fees) within 10 business days—because retail therapy deserves a second chance.

How do you handle damaged or defective items?

Oh no, did your fabulous new piece have a rough journey?  Don’t worry—we’ve got you! We pride ourselves on top-tier packaging, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your item arrives damaged or defective, start the return process by emailing maxwellthelifestyle@gmail.com with pictures of the damage—because we need the receipts.

We’re all about making things right, so we’ll handle it from there. After all, your home deserves nothing less than perfection! 

Who pays for return shipping?

We’ve got the return shipping covered—because we want to make your life easier. But let’s keep it real… there’s a 15% restocking fee (because unboxing, inspecting, and reshipping takes time). So, if you’re sending something back, just email us at maxwellthelifestyle@gmail.com, and we’ll handle the rest.

We scour the globe for the most fabulous finds, but rest easy—we hold our ethics to the highest standard.  Every piece is sourced with integrity, ensuring style and sustainability go hand in hand.

Honestly? It’s barely a workout. Most of our pieces come ready to stun, so you can keep that Allen wrench tucked away where it belongs.  And for the few that need a little TLC, we’ve got you—clear instructions included, no engineering degree required.
